Looking for a calm, creative moment? Color & Conversations offers private watercolor sessions for individuals, couples, and small groups. Each session is guided personally by Jeff and tailored to your interests, whether you want to explore a technique, paint a memory from your travels, or simply enjoy a relaxed, hands‑on experience.

All materials are provided, and every guest leaves with a finished piece of art. Boutique hotels and special venues across Galicia remain the heart of what Color & Conversations offers, live sessions brought directly into a property's own garden, terrace, or function room for guests already staying there.

For guests booking independently, One-on-One and Couples sessions are hosted in Jeff's studio, or in your own space if you'd prefer.

Groups of three or more meet in comfortable public spaces around Santiago de Compostela, often a bright studio room, a co-working space. These venues offer the space and atmosphere needed for relaxed, creative work. Since each location is booked specifically for your group, please allow extra time for scheduling. Your confirmed venue will be shared once your booking is finalized.

What You’ll Experience:

Each private session is tailored to your pace and interests. You explore color, texture, and simple watercolor techniques while creating a personal artwork to take home. No experience needed, just curiosity.

Session Options:

• One‑on‑one sessions/Couples: Hosted in Jeff's studio, or in your own space if you'd prefer.
• Small groups (3–10 people, hosted in external venues)
• Bespoke private events (larger groups hosted in external venues)

Session Themes:

Every session can lean into a theme, a way of shaping what you paint, not just how you paint it. Themes layer onto any Small Group or Bespoke Private Event booking. Ask when you book, and we'll build it into your session.

• Sense of Place: Paint a spot that means something to you, working from memory rather than a photo. No accuracy required, just the feeling of the place. Pairs naturally with Memory Landscapes.
  
• Night & Light: Moody palettes, candlelight, city lights, a sky full of stars. Dark grounds and bright pinpoint highlights make for a dramatic result fast. Pairs well with Color Atmosphere & Glaze or Flow Mechanics.
  
• Elusive Horizons: Abstract & Emotion: Let go of painting something recognizable. Immerse yourself in color and gesture instead, reflecting a feeling rather than a scene. Pairs naturally with Flow Mechanics or Texture Lab.
  
• Seasonal Themes: Paint the season you're standing in, golden autumn light over the Galician hills, soft winter mist, spring greens just coming in, summer's long coastal evenings. Works with any session.

Jeff Bruzdzinski is an American illustrator and watercolor artist based in Galicia. His teaching style is calm, supportive, and focused on helping guests create expressive, personal work.
